These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, bookings, products, consultations, spiritual services, ritual work, spellwork, educational offerings, and related services provided by Planetary Spells, PlanetarySpells.co, PlanetarySpells.com, and James (collectively, “Planetary Spells,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, booking, commissioning, downloading, or otherwise using any product or service from Planetary Spells, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Entertainment Purposes Only

All services and products offered by Planetary Spells are provided strictly for entertainment, spiritual, educational, and personal-reflection purposes only.

Nothing offered by Planetary Spells is intended to be, or should be understood as, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, business, or other professional advice. Our services are not a substitute for a qualified doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, law-enforcement agency, or other licensed professional.

You are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing, and decisions before, during, and after purchasing or receiving any product or service.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Results are never guaranteed.

Spiritual work, ritual work, spellwork, readings, consultations, products, and related services are subjective and may be interpreted differently by different people. Individual experiences, circumstances, choices, beliefs, and external conditions vary significantly.

Planetary Spells makes no promise, warranty, or guarantee—express or implied—regarding any specific outcome, result, timeline, manifestation, financial gain, relationship outcome, legal outcome, health outcome, spiritual outcome, or other desired result.

Purchasing a service or product does not guarantee that a particular request, goal, expectation, or outcome will occur.

3. No Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, or Chargebacks

All sales are final.

Because services require time, preparation, labour, ritual materials, custom work, research, supplies, and/or spiritual preparation that are paid for and prepared in advance, Planetary Spells does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or transfers once payment has been submitted.

This applies to all products and services, including but not limited to spellwork, ritual work, consultations, readings, candles, oils, custom items, digital products, educational offerings, and bundled services.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that materials and labour may be committed to your order immediately or shortly after payment is received.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for services or products properly purchased and provided in accordance with these Terms. Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

4. Client Responsibility

By purchasing from Planetary Spells, you confirm that:

• You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where legally required.

• You are purchasing voluntarily and are responsible for your own decisions.

• You understand that results are not guaranteed.

• You will not use any service or product as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency assistance.

• You will seek qualified real-world help where appropriate.

• You will not hold Planetary Spells responsible for your personal choices, actions, interpretations, relationships, finances, health, safety, or circumstances.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, experiencing serious mental-health distress, or facing a legal or safety issue, contact the appropriate qualified professional or emergency service immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Planetary Spells, PlanetarySpells.co, PlanetarySpells.com, and James are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional, financial, personal, professional, spiritual, or other loss, harm, injury, damage, disappointment, or perceived negative outcome arising from or related to any product, service, consultation, ritual, spellwork, spiritual work, communication, or material provided.

Any event, change, loss, harm, or negative experience that a client believes occurred during or after a service is not proof of causation by Planetary Spells or its work. Correlation, timing, personal interpretation, or perceived spiritual influence does not establish responsibility or liability.

You agree that you purchase and use all products and services at your own discretion and risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

Planetary Spells takes client confidentiality seriously.

We will not intentionally publish, disclose, dox, sell, or share a client’s personal information, private communications, spiritual concerns, identifying details, requests, or service history without the client’s permission.

Information may only be disclosed where required by law, necessary to protect against an immediate and serious safety risk, necessary to process payment or provide the requested service, or where disclosure is otherwise legally permitted or required.

Clients are encouraged not to send unnecessary sensitive information.

7. Non-Disclosure Agreements

Non-Disclosure Agreements may be available upon request before services begin.

An NDA is not automatic and must be requested, reviewed, and agreed to in writing by both parties before it takes effect. Planetary Spells reserves the right to decline an NDA request.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Planetary Spells reserves the right to refuse, pause, cancel, or decline any request at our discretion, including requests that involve:

• Threats, harassment, coercion, stalking, violence, illegal activity, or non-consensual harm;

• Attempts to use our services in place of medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency support;

• Clients who are in immediate crisis or danger;

• Abusive, threatening, disrespectful, or manipulative conduct;

• Requests that conflict with our personal ethics, boundaries, practices, or safety requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All written material, rituals, descriptions, educational content, products, branding, website content, images, service structures, and original materials created by Planetary Spells remain the intellectual property of Planetary Spells unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, teach, claim ownership of, or commercially use any Planetary Spells content or materials without prior written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

Planetary Spells may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [insert province/state and country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
